Process of Application
All individuals referred for Center services are considered for admission for at least the evaluation phase of the program.
- A referral is made with appropriate background information relating to the candidate’s specific disability
- An intake interview is scheduled to determine that the candidate meets our admissions criteria and also permits them to decide if they want to receive our services
- A decision is then made to accept or reject the person for services
- If accepted, a starting date is then established
- If, following evaluation, it is determined that the individual cannot benefit from the services offered by the Center, then he/she will be referred to the appropriate service agency
Nondiscrimination Clause
