Process of Application

All individuals referred for Center services are considered for admission for at least the evaluation phase of the program.

  • A referral is made with appropriate background information relating to the candidate’s specific disability
  • An intake interview is scheduled to determine that the candidate meets our admissions criteria and also permits them to decide if they want to receive our services
  • A decision is then made to accept or reject the person for services
  • If accepted, a starting date is then established
  • If, following evaluation, it is determined that the individual cannot benefit from the services offered by the Center, then he/she will be referred to the appropriate service agency

Nondiscrimination Clause

Our services and employment are provided in a nondiscriminatory manner, without regard to race, sex, color, national origin, ancestry, religious creed, disability and age.
